NextGen conference 2022

In April 2022, the NextGen group travelled all the way to Ireland to celebrate the annual NextGen conference, this time on the topic of “Family & Business Succession, Heritage Preservation and Innovation.”
The programme included visits to Luggala Estate, Altidore Castle and Lodge Park. The main event, the conference, took place at Killruddery House, where attendees could listen to stories coming directly from other historic house owners and experts in the field and network with likeminded individuals. The cherry on top was the Heritage Ball, hosted by Lord and Lady Ardee in the same venue.
