CliP-ComE training Austria

04. – 06. 02. 2025, Mauerbach

The first training course of our Creative Europe-funded CliP-ComE project took place in early February in Mauerbach, Austria, and marked the beginning of a three-part training series aimed at building climate protection competences in historic houses. Organised with the support of CliP-ComE partner Gerald Wagenhofer, this Train-the-Trainer workshop was attended by our Communications and Project Manager Alba Calderón.

Over three days, participants explored core principles of adult learning, gained tools for developing and delivering effective training sessions, and practiced methods for managing challenging group dynamics. The sessions combined theory and hands-on activities on topics such as learning styles, communication strategies, and training structure design using the “Navigator” method.

This training module has laid the groundwork for the next stages of the project: upcoming sessions on energy efficiency in historic buildings and climate protection guard training will be taking place across Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.
